1) A baby shower should be hosted by a close friend, it is considered improper for a family member to host the shower.
2) A shower usually consists of around 5-20 close female friends and family however there can be more or less.
3) A good time to hold a shower is 1-2 months before the birth, as babies can arrive early / late. Some traditions have the baby shower after the baby has been born.
4) Shower invitations should reflect the spirit of the shower and the joy of babies.
5) Remember the shower doesn’t need to have games, although it does help to raise spirits.
